Being added to the LS-Equity distribution list will provide you exclusive access to our opportunity pipeline.
We email all our subscribers exclusive opportunities that fit their investment strategy.
You reply back with interest in the deal.
Review Investment Overview
Step 3

Once you have notified us of your intest in the deal, we will send a more detailed investment overview with asset strategy and financial underwriting details for you to review.
Capital Commitment

Once the opportunity has been identified and is under contract, investors have a limited timeframe to contribute initial capital commitment. The minimum initial investment varies each acquisition and investors may have the ability to contribute additional capital depending on the number of limited partners.
Equity Partnership
STEP 5
Prior to closing, the Friends and Family investor wires the agreed - upon investment amount in exchange for a percentage of the equity / ownership in the deal!
LS Equity will serve as the general partner and each investor will be a limited partner in the transaction. Investors will receive quarerly cash flow distribution and a percentage of the profit at the time of sale based on pro-rata equity.
