Brian started his career in commercial real estate in 2015. Since then he has overseen 200+ real estate transactions totaling over $400M in sales volume. He plays a key role in LS Equity's lead generation, underwriting & due diligence review assuring that all assets meet the investment strategy.
Brian's prior experience at Lyon Stahl allowed him to gain an extensive knowledge of investment property sales and asset valuation. He helped many of his clients complete both sides of their 1031 exchange, and specialized in helping clients trade assets for better cash flow, specifically into multifamily income properties.
